Each restaurant is its own workspace (menu, staff, tables, billing). Partners and admins can onboard and manage multiple restaurants. Dedicated multi-outlet tools for restaurant owners are on the roadmap.
Yes. Categories, items, prices, modifiers, availability, and offers are managed in the app and sync to that restaurant’s POS terminals.
Not yet. Aggregator sync is on the roadmap. Today you can take dine-in, delivery, and pickup orders directly in Bitnora POS.
Yes. A live KOT board with New → Preparing → Ready status, plus KOT print from the counter. Kitchen Display is included on Pro or available as an add-on.
Yes, when QR ordering is enabled for the restaurant. Guests scan a table QR, build a cart, and submit for staff — with realtime sync back to the POS.
